• Spring Roc provided preconstruction services from schematic design and early estimating through completion of the construction documents.  We then provided full construction management services for this new 8-story metal-clad building containing 13 luxury apartments with private terraces, a front courtyard to be used as recreational space, and a private roof terrace for the penthouse unit.

• This project was constructed right above the L train with full MTA oversight.  80' augered piles were rock-socketed into bedrock,  while a 4' thick matt slab incorporated the pile caps that anchored the new structure.  

• Cor-Ten steel was used to clad the facade on two elevations with split face block on the other two elevations to provide contrast and stability.
