We provide professional construction expertise, conceptual estimating, value engineering, cost and schedule management, and supervision on a fixed-fee or guaranteed maximum price (GMP) basis. Our services optimize the owner’s time as decision maker and free the client from day-to-day problem solving.

Collectively we have performed as Construction Managers, General Contractors and as Owner’s Representatives through these roles we have been responsible for new construction and renovations on many types of projects, including residential, hotels, commercial, healthcare, retail and shopping centers, office fit out, cultural and institutional, commercial, industrial and governmental. We also have experience in building energy-efficient LEED-certified and Energy Star buildings. Our principal projects have ranged in value from under one million dollars to over $50 million.

 

Our principal and staff have many years of combined experience, primarily in the New York metropolitan area, and we have performed work for our clients throughout the United States.
