This project consisted of a 7-story, 35,000 sf
addition to an existing 3-story building. The 1st floor is retail; the 2nd floor offices and the remaining floors consist of 17 fully completed residential units for sale.
Prior to founding Spring Roc, Neevon Spring provided extensive preconstruction work in order to provide a quality building at the lowest cost. Some of the challenges encountered during preconstruction and construction phases were the following:
Construction of a major residential project in midtown Manhattan utilizing open shop subcontractors.
Doubling the building height and weight on existing foundation adjacent to the New York City Subway
Minimizing the cost of transfer floors, façade and all MEP systems.
