• Interior and exterior renovation of the historic The George Washington Hotel in New York City's Gramercy Park District which opened in 1928. 

• Conversion of 600 existing rooms to spacious new guest rooms with full HVAC system upgrade and elevator modernization

• New hotel amenities spaces: Studio Restaurant and Kitchen / Bar / Guest Lounge, historic George Washington Bar, Game Room, Hotel Shoppe, Reception, Back of House service areas and kitchens

• Careful incorporation of new infrastructure into existing systems while maintaining utilities and services for the remaining Single Room Occupant Apartments located throughout the building

• Renovation and repairs of interior historic woodwork, ornamental plaster, and travertine floor on Main level and Mezzanine level

• Structural reinforcement to existing masonry sand steel structure

• Exterior Local Law 11 masonry repairs, brick replacement, cast stone repairs

• New custom storefront system installed in existing masonry openings on ground floor
